Phytoalexins as multifunctional plant active ingredients for cosmetics

Goal: Within the framework of the research project, the antioxidant and preservation-supporting efficacy of selected plant-based defence substances, so-called phytoalexins, for cosmetic applications will be investigated. The aim is to provide the industry with plant-based alternatives to synthetic chemical ingredients that are accepted by consumers.
