Abstract
In den letzten Jahren sind in der Distributionslogistik starke Zentralisierungstendenzen zu beobachten. Zahlreiche Unternehmen richten Zentrallager ein oder verzichten vollständig auf eine eigene Bestandshaltung, oft verbunden mit der Inanspruchnahme von Outsourcing. Untersuchung der Tendenzen und vorstellung einer Praxislösung.
